Massimo Antichi

He was a member of the technical secretariat of the Ministry of the Treasury’s Technical Committee on Public Expenditure. He was a member of the working group assigned the task of preparing lines of action on the pension system (the “Dini” law) by the Ministry of Employment, the Committee for Analysis of the Macroeconomic Compatibility of Welfare Expenditure, the Social Security Spending Evaluation Team and numerous ministerial committees studying pensions and social security matters. He was Director of the Economic Studies and Research Directorate of the Supervisory Commission on Pension Funds (COVIP). Until 2012 he was Director General of ENPALS, which then merged with INPS. He was in charge of the temporary three-year general managerial project entitled Coordination and integration of former ENPALS management activities with those of INPS. He was in charge of the temporary one-year general managerial project entitled Coordination and integration of user satisfaction analysis and monitoring aimed at reducing reputational risk. Since 1 February 2017 he has been Centre Director of the Central Study and Research Directorate at INPS.
